• Being able to cook with whatever is in the fridge

  • My roommate Georgia does this all the time. She just turns random leftover vegetables in the fridge into a Japanese pancake? It’s amazing.

• Caring about how many times a week you wash your hair

  • Never really understood why people talk about this so much, just wash your hair when it’s dirty like you eat when you’re hungry.

• The clean girl aesthetic

  • I’m not ready to let go of the slick back bun/pony braid but I am pro-mess.

  • I don’t know, I’m ambivalent about this one.

• Apple over the ear headphones

  • Can we say goodbye to noise-cancelling, and welcome some background noise so that people can hear us when we say hi to them on the street goddamn it!

• Thinking that Saltburn was a good movie

• TikTok

  • Not to be the I-deleted-TikTok-and-now-I-am-elite-guy, but I can actually pay attention to things now.

  • 2024 is for paying attention.

• Everyone getting the annual same sneaker

  • Unfortunately I don’t know if this one will ever be out. But I am sick of everyone being a sheep. From Adidas Superstars, to Airforces, to Sambas, to Onitsuka Tigers… let’s muster up some creativity.
